i'm pretty much known as the greendiamond on every website i have an account for so according to the internet my name might as well be greendiamond.

i live in florida, polk county.

i'm 19.

when it comes to art i have done a lot more with pencils and paper even it was usually with simpler color themes that are more minimalist like. i have gotten into art programs and i have been able to do well with them but i'm still trying to figure out the tricks to keeping it all orderly is my biggest problem on those systems.

when it comes to writing i have done a ton more than i have done with drawn art but none of it was made to be put up for show.

i have some good ideas for this ship even thought it wasn't my first choice.

i will definitely be working with other people on these things more than on my own.

I see everyone is quickly taking advantage of the community set up and getting to know one another before Homestuck Shipping Olympics finally begins. But, unfortunately, we are still missing two persons from our group. Namely, notasun and ohsojox3. If anyone of you finds either, please direct him or her to this webpage and let me know as soon as possible.

On another note, the first bonus round opens up tonight at 11:59 P.M. Eastern Standard Time. So, in all actuality, the Olympics begin in just a few hours. Remember, you do not need to sign up for this round; just simply have fun and create as many projects based on the prompt as you like. But, please do put effort into said project. The moderators do not appreciate sloppy work in the least.

I don't know what much to say, but I guess I can just tell you I'm seventeen years old living in Illinois. I can contribute to the team through writing and if we talk we can also brainstorm together!

I see everyone's handing out a little information about themselves on here, so I figure I'd go ahead and jump on in! I'm 15, and working hard to get my diploma from the IB Programme. I'm a huge fan of Homestuck, and I'm really looking forward to taking on the HSO with all of you!

I'm really new to Dreamwidth, and this is my first year with the HSO, so I'm going to be a little slow when it comes to understanding things. I'll try my best!

As far as contributing goes, I've been drawing for six years! I wish I had some examples, but most of what I've drawn recently has yet to be scanned in, and everything I have up is at least 3-6 months old.

I do write as well, and I beta like crazy.

My name is Kelsey and I'm from Wisconsin. I'm 21 and currently attending university with a major in English (emphasis Creative Writing) and a minor in Women's/Gender Studies.

I'm more of a writer, unsurprisingly, though I haven't written much for Homestuck. I wrote a fic for the Jade/Karkat team in last year's HSO and a Dave/John dealy based on an RP thing once that I've only shown a couple people. It is porny. *blushu*

Also, I RP as John so uhhh if we needed him for any reason I could maybe be the RESIDENT JOHN EXPERT (lolno I'm so bad at remembering things I'm just good at voices).

Speaking of: I can sing and have acted in the past, though voice acting might be a stretch given my technology. We'll see if I'm needed for that anyway!

I can draw a bit too, though I'm self-conscious about it and might be better off just helping out with that rather than...anything. Here'sthe art I've uploaded to tumblr that I'm not totally ashamed of. >o> Clearly I'm still figuring out a style or. Something. Or I just suck. |D

I'm on AIM almost constantly as dinachan321 and my tumblr if you don't have it already is aninkywisp. I'm also willing to create and invite people to an aim chat, probably named teamenglishmuffin. Just let me know if that's something you guys are interested in!

Hello, fellow Jake♥Jane Shippers!

I have a few important announcements to go through before we begin, so please bear with me!

First of all, due to high demand, our community name will now and forever be entitled English Muffin. I, personally, adore the name, so I hope that you all feel the same as I do! On another note, this theme is strictly temporary if anyone wishes to take a crack at redoing it. If not, then it will remain as it is.

Next! So far, I have confirmed that eight individuals, including myself, are currently active. I'm unsure of the other two, but we will see in due time once everyone is invited to this community.

Lastly, if you have not read the message I sent out to you all, then please do as soon as possible! It holds some important information not mentioned in this post, so it'd be best if you read it. (To the two I can't seem to get a hold of at the moment, I have yet to send it out because your messages are either blocked or you have yet to confirm your email address.)

Okay. Now that I'm done with those few announcements, I say it's time we all introduced ourselves. Just a simple introductory post about you and what you like to do. Also, add things that you're good at and would help in this group. Like...writing, drawing, etc. If you're still confused on how this whole introduction post goes, then I'll start off.
